Seriously, how do you cope up with heartbreak?
If we see a friend struggling with his or her problem, we always seem to have the energy and will to give them advices, cheer them up and boost their spirits. But when the time comes that it's us who's in the middle of a big problem, we suddenly loose that energy and will power. Why so? Actually, I don't know it either! And it's kinda driving me crazy just thinking about it.
Everytime I feel so down and blue, I always find a way to cheer up myself. I guess it's just my ability to put up a happy face even if I'm in the midst of difficulties at work and in my personal life.
Don't get me wrong here, based on my experience, most of my relationship problems gets worse before it gets better... Is it the same with you? Unlike any other websites and blogs talking about relationships, I will not give you the same thing as most of those "copy-pasted" advices, ideas and tips they have!
Basically there's only one thing you could and should do when coping with heartbreak... cry... Cry as hard and as loud as you want. After that, look into the mirror, check if you're still sane, wipe out those tears and suck up all the pain. No matter what happens, life still goes on... In a relationship, there's never an easy way out to begin with.
You don't need those cheap relationship advice books or ebooks, you'll just be wasting time and money on those junk! The answer is just right in front of you, it's you whose making things more complicated.
